Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing page. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is my card charged when I sign up?
No. We collect your card details to activate the trial, but nothing is charged until day 8.
Can I cancel before the trial ends?
Absolutely. Cancel any time from your dashboard billing page and you won't be charged anything.
How does SMS billing work?
The SMS Add-on is $9/month added to your subscription. On top of that, Twilio charges per SMS message sent (approx. $0.0075–$0.01 per message). You control your own Twilio account and are billed by Twilio directly for usage.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can export your applications and documents before the account is closed.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact billing@getvisapilot.com within 14 days of your first charge if you have a billing dispute. We review each case individually.
